Sgt. Clean Car Wash

I loved my first experience at Sgt. Clean. Amanda and Madison were a great help in familiarizing me with all of the services. I’ve been going to a local, older rundown Carwash for many years and I’d been looking for a modern upgrade with locations all across northeast Ohio because I can’t always be in my neighborhood, and Sgt. Clean’s hours are longer. I love that there is a floor-mat washing station and so many extras—including windshield cleaner and towels—a huge bonus! And as an extra bonus, the car gets really clean. Shout out to Amanda and her professional sticker placement on my windshield LOL but yeah, thanks!

I have passes for my van and car, every time I go all employees are friendly. This is the first car wash I have ever been to with the scratch free conveyor belt system. Truly an impressive carwash. The owners social media also sold me on trying them out after seeing his dedication to his business, employees and community. 100% satisfied with their services.

Let me start with Amanda was awsome and this review if just based on her would be 5 stars but I have 2 issues the price for a monthly membership is okay but if I have multiple cars then there should be a group price not individually priced. Also during my visit the 2 final side brushes although spinning did not make contact with my car and with the platinum wash I believe all brushes should wash and finish your car. This is the same reason I left take 5. Please fix and maybe my next visit will be better. Also fix multiple car price to contend with your competitors.

I have been a Member for a Year. I go through the wash a lot, like once a day after work. Dirty work place. This is one of the finest Car Wash Facilities around. Always clean! The Workers are very professional. Especially the Manager or the Lady in Charge, she is always working, moving around and still has an amazing smile.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sergeant Clean Car Wash. My car received a great wash, but the customer service is why I took the time to write this review. I had a great experience with Madison. She was helpful, polite and made me want to come back due to her excellent customer service. She stands out as one of the most polite and friendly people I have encountered at this location. I really appreciate Madison’s effort toward making customers feel welcome. Thank you.
